We take a picture of the kids by this apple tree almost every year. It is amazing to see how much both the tree and the kids have grown over the years.

Logan made it to sections in track this spring. He did a relay-- sure fun to see him run and how much taller and stronger he gets every yr.

The 1st camping trip of the season. We went to Trempealeu, WI. Perrot State Pk. is the park we stayed at. It was very nice. Private wooded lots and lots of nature.

My girl is getting sooo big. i can't believe she is going into 6th grade.

This is the view we had on the way to the top of Brady's Bluff at the park. The views were amazing. It overlooks the Mississippi River.

Just happened to be a barge going down river as we were talking with the Park Naturalist.

                                                                       Me and my boys.
We went on a 13-mile bike ride with my sister and brother-in-law. We stopped and they all had an ice cream cone. Believe it or not i did not get sore from the 1st big bike ride.

We stopped in Winona, MN and Logan parted with some of his hard-earned money and bought a new Trek bike. He has his own business this summer doing lawn service for people. He's a great worker and all of his customers treat him well. He loves his new bike. Well worth the $.

Sun- Is that you trying to peek out??? It has been so rainy here. Just really, really want some summer weather.

This was a neat area at the State Pk. it was called Horseshoe Bay.

This is a better picture of the horseshoe bay.
Next trip for camping is next weekend in Rochester , MN area. we will stay at a county park called Chester woods Park. We stayed there last year and really enjoyed it. Lots of hiking and fishing and if warm enough the have a very nice beach. Will post more pics. Enjoy your summer.
